Ideal for group stays near Quebec City, the upper-level residence comfortably accommodates up to 10* guests across** 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, as well as vast shared living spaces.

Up to 2 additional guests can be accommodated thanks to a queen-size futon in the living room.
**The 5th suite (with private bathroom) will be available from May 2026.

The Master Suite

A spacious retreat featuring a king-size bed and private ensuite bathroom, the Master Suite offers both comfort and privacy within the residence. Large enough to accommodate an additional mattress while still providing generous open space.

Located in the northeast corner, opposite and well separated from the other bedrooms, the suite enjoys beautiful natural light throughout the day, while remaining calm and softly shaded.

The Romantic Suite

An intimate blend of cozy and refined, the Romantic Suite is a guest favorite — and Marjorie’s personal choice.

Featuring a queen-size bed and private bathroom with shower, the room is bathed in natural light from its southwest exposure, offering warm sunshine throughout the day. More compact than the Master Suite, it is nevertheless irresistibly inviting — the kind of space that makes lingering in bed feel entirely justified.

The Two-Bedroom Suite

The Two-Bedroom Suite consists of two separate bedrooms connected by a private corridor and sharing a spacious double bathroom with both shower and bathtub.

The first bedroom, located in the northwest corner, is generously sized and enjoys warm golden light in the late afternoon. The second, facing north, remains cooler and softly shaded — perfect for those who prefer sleeping in undisturbed by early morning sun.

From there, a cozy dining room creates the perfect setting for shared meals and long conversations around the wood dining table. The dining area flows seamlessly into a fully equipped kitchen, thoughtfully stocked with everything needed to prepare and enjoy meals together.

Guests also enjoy full and exclusive access to the home’s front entrance and grand entryway, where a magnificent staircase sets the tone from the moment of arrival — evoking the elegance of a timeless countryside estate.
